The Kemptown Fair
After a summer spent travelling across the wider Sussex countryside, The Makers Fair returns home to Brighton for a festive one-day fair at St George’s, Kemptown.
This intimate and characterful venue, set in the heart of bustling Kemptown, provides the perfect setting to welcome in the winter season. Packed with some of the finest independent makers, visitors can discover a vibrant array of beautiful, thoughtfully made wares – from contemporary ceramics, jewellery and textiles to original art, homewares, prints and much more.

The Hove Christmas Fair
Our magnificent finale of the year returns to the breathtaking surroundings of All Saints Church in Hove.
If you haven’t experienced this fair yet, you really must. With 65 exceptional independent makers gathered beneath the soaring arches of this spectacular Gothic church, it is a truly magical way to begin the festive season.

Autumn makers Fair at Standen House
Set against the beautiful Arts and Crafts backdrop of Standen House & Garden (National Trust), the Standen Autumn Maker's Fair showcases a carefully curated collection of independent artists, designers and makers from across the South East. The Maker's Fair at Standen House & Gardens
The Maker's Fair at Standen House and Gardens is an eagerly awaited event highlighting the finest creative talent in the south. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the croquet lawns and housed under a large marquee, this fair is a celebration of contemporary craft, handmade wares, and Art. Expect to find luxury knitwear, ceramics, basketry, printmaking, textiles, contemporary jewellery and more.

The Maker’s Residency
We are excited to being doing our first Maker’s Fair residency for the Brighton Artists Open Houses. The Maker’s Residency will be hosted by local artists Lauren Hayes & Angela Harrison at 358 Ditchling Road on the Fiveways trail. There will be a small selection of makers exhibiting for all four weekends in May.
