The Maker’s Fair at One Garden Brighton is one of our most popular events of the calendar, with a carefully curated display of up to 70 exhibiting artists and designers. This event showcases the very best creative talent in the South.

Visitors can also enjoy a schedule of practical demonstrations including wood carving, willow weaving, pottery wheel throwing and more. Come and ask questions, meet makers and hopefully become inspired to try something new.

One Garden Brighton is a regenerated historical walled garden nestled in the Stanmer Park Estate. The gardens have been expertly designed by modern-day landscape architect Dominic Cole, renowned for his work on the Eden Project. The Garden is free to enter and has a restaurant, café and market shop.

DEMONSTRATIONS

At The Summer Weekender at One Garden Brighton (Aug 12-13), we have invited some of our exhibitors to demonstrate their artistic practice on the lawns. Come and see how things are made; learn about the material and techniques and be inspired to try something new.
