We’re excited to announce The Maker’s Fair to the picturesque Sheffield Park & Garden this summer. From Friday, August 15 to Sunday, August 17, join us for a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and community in one of Sussex’s most beautiful National Trust venues.

What to Expect

Set against the backdrop of Sheffield Park’s stunning landscapes, our fair will feature up to 40 talented makers showcasing their handmade wares. Explore a curated selection of:

  • Ceramics

  • Textiles

  • Jewellery

  • Printmaking

  • Woodwork

  • Luxury knitwear

  • Slow fashion

  • Original art and sculpture

Each stall is an opportunity to meet the maker, learn about their process, and take home something truly unique.

Live Demonstrations

Throughout the weekend, enjoy live demonstrations where you can watch skilled artisans at work and perhaps even try your hand at a new craft. Past events have featured:

  • Bookbinding

  • Lampshade making

  • Lacemaking

  • Japanese woodworking tools

  • Coil pottery

  • Basketry

  • Printmaking

  • Wood engraving

These interactive sessions offer a deeper insight into the creative processes behind the handmade goods on display.
