Date announcement & streamlined application process
30 December 2025 10:00am
We’re moving away from our long, traditional application forms and introducing a simpler Expression of Interest (EOI) process. This new approach lets you flag the fairs you’re interested in without needing to complete all the detailed information upfront. It saves time, reduces form fatigue, and helps us build a well-balanced, thoughtfully curated line-up for each event. If your EOI is selected for a particular event, we’ll then gather your stall requirements closer to the date — making the whole process smoother, clearer, and easier for everyone.
The Expression of Interest form will go live on the website on December 30th at 10:00am GMT.
Our story
Established in 2019 by Brighton-based artist Lauren Hayes, The Maker’s Fair swiftly gained recognition as a reputable events brand among artists and handmade enthusiasts in the South.
Our core philosophy revolves around creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere where visitors can not only buy directly from makers but also gain insights into the creative processes.
At The Makers Fair, we keep things simple (like our name!) We believe in putting the artists front and centre. Our events are artist-owned, and our makers are the main attraction.
